Sheet Pan Pork Tenderloin & Veggies

Hello family! I hope you’re all doing amazing today (and always). We are doing pretty good and thank God every day for our health and happiness. We are Blessed.

Today I wanted to share a super simple recipe that is so good and easy to make, which is what we all love right? Not only is it good but it’s an easy clean up too! Awesome right?

What you will need:

  • 1 1/2lb Pork Tenderloins (seasoned or you can season it yourself)
  • Frozen Carrots
  • Frozen Green Beans
  • 4 Russet Potatoes (peeled & cubed)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Heat your oven to 450°F, peel and cube your potatoes, then add a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper and mix. Add frozen veggies and potatoes on the baking sheet, then place your tenderloin on top . Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes or until pork tenderloin is tender. Internal temperature should be 140°
