Halloween Treats | Hip n Creative

What’s up guys!  Today I wanted to share with you 3 awesome Halloween Treats.  These treats are great for Halloween Parties or if you just want to give spooky treats for your kids.  I had so much fun creative this with my girls and they loved eating them!

Hip 'n Creative | Bloody Bandage Halloween Treats

1. Bloody Bandages

The first treat I share with you are these Bloody Bandages.  Such a fun and easy way to create these little snacks for your kids. What you will need for this recipe is:

  • Graham Crackers
  • Vanilla Icing (or if you prefer you can use Marshmallow fluff)
  • Red Food Coloring
  • Corn Syrup

Ok so the first thing your gonna do is snap the graham crackers in half then in half again (use the lines on the crackers as a guide).  Next, your going to add a dab of the vanilla icing to the center of the cracker.  Last you add the “blood”.  To make the blood you just need a few ounces of corn syrup and red food coloring.  Mix it together and that’s it!  You have your blood.

Hip 'n Creative | Mummy Cookies Halloween Treats

2. Mummy Cookies

One of my favorite and super easy treats to make! I think they look adorable and taste great too! To make the Mummy Cookies, you will need:

  • Milano Cookies
  • White Chocolate Morsels
  • Black Gel Food Coloring

To make these super easy Mummy Cookies: First your going to melt your chocolates.  Next your going to take you cookies and dunk them in the chocolate and lay them on wax paper.  Allow the cookies to dry a bit before adding your eyes with the gel food coloring.  Last  drizzle the rest of the melted chocolate in a zig zag pattern and you’re done!  Boom!

Hip 'n Creative | Screaming Pretzels halloween Treats

3. Screaming Pretzels

The final treat is the Screaming Pretzels.  This is such a cute little treat and another of my favorites. You will need some:

  • melting chocolates
  • pretzels
  • candy eyes

Just like you did for the mummy pretzels.  You’ll melt your chocolate in the microwave.  Next dip your pretzels in the chocolate and lightly shake off the excess.  And last with your utensil add a dab of chocolate to the pockets of the pretzels and add your eyes.  That’s it, you are done!!
